SF CITY RESOURCES 311

311 is a great resource to know about!  It's a call center/ dispatch center for all city-related service calls.  If you need to report a street light out or see something that needs to be addressed on city streets or sidewalks report it to 311. They can also direct help to a person in need of assistance - such as with homelessness services.   

Download the app on your phone to help make reports easier and faster. You can take a photo of the problem and the location tracker on your phone determines where to send the right agency for follow-up.  You can also manually enter the location if you don't use the location tracker on your phone.
